Energy Performance Certificate

All EPC are conducted to a high standard, DEA accreditation is with Elmhurst Energy whom implement regular audits to ensure best practices are used.

The EPC Reports are normally turned around within 2-3 days & copies of the performance charts are sent via Email to the Estate Agent.

Full Home Information Packs

All mandatory documents are supplied in electronic format on a CD Rom, & website link sent to interested parties. (This cuts out the requirement to print off reams of paper). Hard copies are available if the client requires. 

Packs are normally completed within 10 working days.

The HIP currently includes the following mandatory documents:

• Energy Performance Certificate

• Home Information Pack index

• Sale statement

• Evidence of title (deeds or Land Registry search)

• Local and drainage-&-water searches

• Additional information for leasehold and commonhold sales, where appropriate.
  

The pack can optionally include the following:

• Home Condition Report

• Home use/contents forms

• Legal summary

• Other searches
